This oil was first made in honor of Felice Garibaldi, brother of the Hero of the Two Worlds and a prominent entrepreneur in the Apulian oil production business. Felice Garibaldi is a monocultivar oil that boasts Slow Food features; it is produced from 100% Ogliarola Olive Oil (Cima di Bitonto), characterised by a delicate and balanced taste.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Fruity: Delicate. AROMA: Hints of meadow grass and green tomato, dominated by the aroma of olives. Flavour: Soft and balanced, characterised by touches of fresh grass and an aftertaste of green almonds, it stimulates the taste buds with its subtle yet lively hints of pepper.

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical processes.
