How is the food that daily ends up on our tables harvested, transported and processed?
Knowing the phases, from harvesting to processing, of the food we eat also means being able to appreciate the history of different countries, cultures and local identities.
The De Carlo oil mill, one of the oldest in Italy, is always open to the public: it is possible to book a visit to discover each single step of the delicate process of producing extra virgin olive oil and preserves.
Our company is also our home, so at the end of the tour we will be happy to welcome you with a tasting of typical Apulian products.
