This oil comes from the lands of the Arcamone estate, one of the "family organic farms" since 1990. The cultivar is Coratina, grown without the use of chemicals, thanks to a favorable microclimate able to naturally support its production cycle.

The flavor is intense and balanced at the same time, but also slightly bitter with a decidedly zesty and persistent texture, unique characteristics which have made it a highly sought-after and prestigious product.
