Perfect for making delicious pasta dishes in only 5 minutes. Just pour the contents of the jar onto the hot pasta, dress with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and serve.

For those who like it "hot", the De Carlo family has created this explosive recipe, using typical chopped tomatoes from Puglia, dried chillies from the Azienda Agricola De Carlo, garlic and salt.

Finished off with extra-virgin olive oil from the De Carlo olive press.

This sauce is based on an ancient family recipe, an authentic expression of Puglia's peasant culture. Chopped local tomatoes are blended with "Violetto di Brindisi" artichokes, cow's milk ricotta, sheep's milk ricotta typical of the Murgia Barese area, garlic and salt.
