"Felice Garibaldi" extra-virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested from the estates of the Azienda Agricola De Carlo. It is a monovarietal oil, made from 100% Ogliarola (Cima di Bitonto) olives, a historic variety from the Conca Barese, harvested straight from the tree and processed within 12 hours in the company olive press.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: "Felice Garibaldi" is an oil with a subtle flavour, ideally used raw to enhance the taste and aroma of any dish. It is perfect on raw fish, boiled or baked, crustacean and shellfish antipasti, delicate first dishes, carpacci, boiled vegetables.

Torre di Mossa is the "historic" farm of the De Carlo family, the birthplace of this extra-virgin oil which epitomises our idea of quality. The variety is the Coratina - the mother of all local oils - and the Ogliarola Barese. This oil features the taste and flavour which make this extra-virgin our real pride and joy. The limited production, the accolades and awards received, make this an extremely prestigious product which always sells out very quickly. We recommend reserving it in plenty of time.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: it expresses all its personality on simple grilled bread, but it is also ideal served raw with meat, soups made from pulses, wheat, meat carpaccio, and hearty pasta and rice dishes.

"Il Classico Contrada San Martino DOP"extra-virgin olive oil comes from PDO (Protected Denomination of Origin) certified lands in Contrada San Martino. Like "Il Classico", it is made from olives harvested in the Bitritto countryside, by carefully selected farmers who have worked with the De Carlo family for generations. The Ogliarola and Coratina olives, harvested straight from the tree, are processed within 24 hours in the company olive press.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: "Il Classico" and "Il Classico Contrada San Martino" are oils with a subtle taste, for use in the kitchen to add flavour to all kinds of dishes without altering the particular characteristics of the raw ingredients used. Ideal with boiled or baked fish, fried seafood, sauces and roast meats.
